3. Service Scheduling and Appointments

3.1 Appointment Scheduling

Service appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm all appointments within 24 hours of your request during business hours.

3.2 Service Windows

We provide estimated service windows and will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 4 hours notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Service Charges

  • Diagnostic fee: $75 (waived if repair is completed)
  • Labor charges vary by service complexity
  • Parts are charged at cost plus a reasonable markup
  • Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours calls

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.3 Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on visual inspection. Final costs may vary if additional problems are discovered during repair.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Repair Warranty

All repairs are warranted for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other components or issues.

5.2 Parts Warranty

Replacement parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will facilitate warranty claims when applicable.

5.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Problems unrelated to the original repair
  • Appliances moved after service

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate appliance information and problem descriptions
  • Ensuring safe access to appliances
  • Clearing the work area of personal items
  • Being present during service or arranging for authorized representation
  • Following all safety recommendations provided by technicians

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

FastHomeAppliance.LLC carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless gross negligence is proven.

7.2 Customer Property

We take reasonable precautions to protect customer property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not related to our work.

7.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
