Service appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm all appointments within 24 hours of your request during business hours.
We provide estimated service windows and will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 4 hours notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
All estimates are provided in good faith based on visual inspection. Final costs may vary if additional problems are discovered during repair.
All repairs are warranted for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other components or issues.
